Dan Holmqvist initially marked his career for decades as a fashion photographer. He has explored his range by moving into fine art photography using many of his skills and models from his fashion photography career. He captures his figures eloquently and distinctly with his fine art photographs. Holmqvist manipulates his photographs digitally in which he creates layers of images and acrylic paint to enhance his works. Once printed, each photograph is hand-embellished by the artist with inks and acrylic paint. The photography works are offered in small editions of 40 and larger editions of 15
